International Taoist Meditation Institute: Introductory Meditation Course

Registration is now open for the Level 1 Group Meditation Experience, Certification & Optional Teacher Training through the International Taoist Meditation Institute (ITMI). This immersive offering is available to accepted applicants who wish to deepen their meditation practice. Teacher training remaining is entirely optional. Rooted in the Integral Way Taoist tradition, ITMI exists to sustain and share ancient Taoist meditation practices that are more relevant than ever for cultivating balance, clarity, and peace in the modern world.

Participants are guided by two master teachers: Dr. Mao Shing Ni, a Taoist meditation teacher and healer, stewarding his family’s living lineage while translating its wisdom for modern life, and Dr. Olivia Rosewood, D.Div., a meditation guide of over twenty years, dedicated to the clear and ethical transmission of sacred contemplative practices. Together, they ensure that the wholeness, beauty, eternal truth, and effectiveness of these ancient meditations are accessible to every sincere practitioner.
