DIRECTIONS TO TAO OF
WELLNESS
Directions from the South Bay & Santa Monica Area:
Take the 405 Fwy South, then merge onto the 73 Highway towards San Diego.
Exit MacArthur Blvd. and continue straight. Turn Right on San Miguel Drive,
pass Avocado Ave. and turn Left onto 359 San Miguel Drive.
Directions from the San Diego Area:
Take the 5 Fwy North to the 405 Fwy North, then merge onto the 73 Highway
towards San Diego. Exit MacArthur Blvd. and continue straight. Turn Right
on San Miguel Drive, pass Avocado Ave. and turn Left onto 359 San Miguel Drive.
