If you have a few minutes during your busy day, try a couple or all of these exercises. They build strength in different parts of your body, stretch your muscles and reduce stress. So take a few minutes and try some of these exercises. Dr. Tan assures you will feel a difference if you do these daily! But remember to do these exercises slowly and step by step.
1. Chronic back pain.
Lie flat on the floor on stomach. Raise head and legs at the same time as far as you can go up. Hold for 5 seconds. Repeat 10 times
2.Strengthen back muscles
Lie on your back on the floor bending your knees. Raise your stomach and buttocks up as far as you can go. Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 5 times
3. Back Pain
Lie on the floor bringing your knees up to your chest. At the same time lift head as far towards your knees as possible. Hold 5 seconds and repeat 10 times.
